The university wanted to transform the application journey for current and prospective students by creating a simpler, more intuitive digital experience across web and mobile.

The goal was to reduce friction throughout the sign-up process, make key information easier to discover, and create a more engaging experience that supported students from initial interest through to application completion.

I worked on designing a streamlined application journey that balanced user needs with institutional goals. Through research, journey mapping, and iterative design, I helped identify key pain points and opportunities to improve the experience.
